Team Picnic PostNL and IG&H enter multi-year innovation partnership to enhance the cycling team’s performance with data analytics and applications.

Deventer, August 7 – UCI WorldTour cycling team, Team Picnic PostNL is proud to announce a new partnership with consulting-technology firm IG&H, to apply new data analytics and develop customised applications to further improve training and nutrition strategies for performance. This multi-year collaboration represents an important step forward in the team’s ongoing commitment to innovation and data-driven science which aligns seamlessly with its Keep Challenging philosophy.
The projects will bring together individual training plans, track rider progress, and provide tailored personalised nutrition programs to support both experts and athletes in optimising day-to-day decisions to improve performance. Through this partnership the team will continue to be a leader in this highly competitive, fast-paced sport. Built on OutSystems technology, the programs will be developed by IG&H’s OutSystems developers and data & analytics team.

The project is part of Team Picnic PostNL’s long-term vision to future-proof performance through innovation. The team has existed since 2008 and has been part of the highest division of international cycling since 2013: the prestigious UCI WorldTour.
