IG&H and StackBob.ai launch IAM project to strengthen Ukraine's cyber resilience

Dutch consulting firm IG&H and Ukrainian cybersecurity company StackBob.ai join forces under the Netherlands–Ukraine Cybersecurity Fund grant program to build Identity and Access Management foundations for Ukrainian organizations.

Ukrainian organizations face a relentless stream of cyberattacks targeting their people, systems and data. One of the most common entry points for attackers? Compromised identities and poorly managed access rights.

That is why we are proud to announce the launch of our IAM project: a six-month engagement in which IG&H and StackBob.ai work side by side to strengthen Identity and Access Management (IAM) at Ukrainian organizations, funded under the Netherlands–Ukraine Cybersecurity Fund (NL-UA CF) grant program.

Why Identity and Access Management? (IAM)

Identity is the new perimeter. Knowing who has access to what, and making sure that access is granted, reviewed, and revoked in a controlled way, is fundamental to any modern cybersecurity posture. Yet for many organizations operating under wartime pressure, building or maturing an IAM capability is a challenge that competes with countless urgent priorities.

Our project addresses exactly this gap, through two complementary delivery tracks:

• Track A IAM Foundation Build: establishing a full IAM foundation for organizations that are starting from the ground up, covering governance, processes and tooling.

• Track B Gap-Closure Engagement: a targeted assessment and remediation track for organizations with an existing IAM landscape, closing the highest-risk gaps first.

Together, these tracks allow us to meet organizations where they are — whether they need to build from scratch or sharpen what they already have.

A true Dutch–Ukrainian partnership

This project is delivered by a joint consortium:

• IG&H brings deep IAM consulting expertise from the Dutch financial services and retail sectors, with Giovanni Ferronato leading the program, supported by senior IAM expert Raymond Suur.

• StackBob.ai brings on-the-ground presence, local knowledge and implementation power in Ukraine, with Oleksa Shved as Project Lead & Implementation Manager.

Knowledge flows both ways. Ukrainian cybersecurity professionals operate at the frontline of cyber conflict and the lessons they have learned under real attack conditions are invaluable for Dutch organizations. This exchange of expertise is at the heart of the NL-UA CF program.

What's next?

Over the coming six months, our joint team will work with the participating Ukrainian organizations to assess their current identity landscape, define requirements, and deliver tangible improvements in how identities and access are governed. We will share updates on our progress along the way.
