Implementing Vraag Maia

The municipality identifies relevant websites offering social services and requests permission to use them. The list is then shared with IG&H.​

Integrating Vraag Maia into the municipal website

IG&H links the websites to Vraag Maia and places the chatbot on the municipality’s website. The municipality tests the functionality during the trial period.

The municipality announces Vraag Maia through its own channels so that end users know where to go.
