Digital transformation: OOM Verzekeringen and IG&H take a major step forward

Utrecht, December 9, 2025 – OOM Verzekeringen, together with IG&H, has reached an important milestone in its digital transformation: the first implementation of Microsoft Dynamics as part of the IG&H Insurance Solution. This step enables OOM to execute its operational processes more efficiently and with greater customer focus, strengthening its position in a rapidly changing insurance market.
The implementation significantly reduces the number of manual steps in OOM Verzekeringen’s processes through automation. This makes it possible to respond more quickly to customer inquiries and changes, further improving service delivery. In addition, OOM now has a modern solution that aligns with the dynamics of the insurance market and provides room for future innovation.

The implementation process took five months (including the holiday period) and was completed on November 10, 2025. The biggest challenge was migrating customers and advisors from the existing back office. Since going live, the first results are visible: greater customer focus and better control over all customer contact information.

Automation boost for OOM thanks to smart architecture
IG&H’s Insurance Solution features modern, modular technology and is offered as a SaaS solution. IG&H combines Novulo as a powerful back end, Microsoft Dynamics as the mid-office and a robust integration layer via APIM and Event Grid. This architecture provides insurers with a future-proof platform that is scalable, flexible and easy to integrate with existing systems. “Our mission is to sustainably transform insurers and help them become future-ready.
