A new name that reflects a long‑term vision


Utrecht, 26 February 2026 – IG&H Insurance Solution becomes Symbria: empowering you to move beyond legacy systems into always-on digital operations. This rebranding marks the next step in the evolution of a product that has significantly grown in capability and impact since its introduction to the market.


What this means for you, our clients

Only the name is changing. Your current implementation, roadmap, service levels, pricing and IG&H teams remain unchanged. Symbria continues to provide the reliability and continuity you expect, with the same people supporting you day to day.


Why the new name?

Symbria reflects the broader vision of empowering insurers, MGAs and brokers to move beyond legacy systems and into seamless, always‑on digital operations.


The prefix “sym” refers to working together, capturing the collaborative nature of how IG&H partners with insurers, MGAs and brokers in their ecosystem to simplify and harmonize their operations. Symbria is built as a continuously evolving platform that grows and adapts alongside insurers, MGAs and brokers as their needs change. Therefore, IG&H takes a technology-agnostic approach. IG&H selects and integrates technologies within Symbria's modular architecture, designed to minimize long-term complexity and thereby reduce the accumulation of technical debt for clients.

History of IG&H's sector-specific software for insurance

The new name marks the next step in the evolution of insurance solutions. Over the past years, the solution has expanded beyond its initial positioning. Its origins lie in a market where insurers struggled with deeply embedded legacy systems, siloed processes and limited access to real-time data. These obstacles proved to be barriers to innovation, integration and talent retention.


As insurers began searching for modern technology that could keep operations running seamlessly while enabling digital growth, the solution found its relevance and quickly gained momentum. Previously known as AllVida Insurance Solution or IG&H Insurance Solution, Symbria now supports a wide range of insurers in modernizing operations, accelerating digital transformation and adapting to developments in the market.
