Give back through pro-bono work

We regularly take on pro-bono projects. Through our partnership with Impact Matters, we find non-profit organizations that need our help. Donating in-kind services, we use our expertise and skills to support them in reaching their goals.

With these projects our colleagues can both share and execute their knowledge, while they develop their consulting skills in a different environment. Some examples:

Leave your mark on the world

At IG&H you can impact society through your daily work. We design solutions that improve the well-being of our clients, their end customers and society. Everything starts with fathoming the gains and pains to create maximum customer value. We always keep their interest in mind; this means we decline assignments that don’t create value for the end customer.

Calls attention and research to women-specific diseases

We help map out their growth plan

Encourages diabetes patients to have an active lifestyle

We help design the right strategy

Connects refugees with host families

We help with overall growth and influx of refugees from Ukraine

Corporate Social Responsibility

Our ESG (environmental, societal, governance) team is continuously looking for ways to have a net positive impact, guided by the United Nations' sustainable development goals. IG&H received the silver medal in the EcoVadis sustainability rating. Now we have our sights set on improving further and achieving gold.

Change is constant

Change comes in many shapes and sizes. At IG&H, you play an active role in it: whether it’s your growth, seeking out technological innovation, making an impact or building connections.
