Research report on patient transfers

Every year, thousands of patients treated in hospitals require follow-up care after being discharged. Transferring to a rehabilitation facility, nursing center or home is an impactful transition, both for patients and their loved ones.

IG&H conducted a survey with 358 patients and their relatives about their experiences regarding transfers.
