Data Driven Company - How to use AI to make informed decisions?
The topic of AI is on everyone's mind and has therefore also moved onto the strategic road map of most companies. But what is the goal? The company's success is largely dependent on the efficient processing and use of existing data. Using data efficiently creates market and competitive advantages while significantly supporting customer loyalty. All of these processes are crucial for competitiveness, strategic orientation and operational success.
Ideally, the existing data increases the added value and serves as a strategic decision-making tool. However, this development usually presents companies with almost insurmountable challenges, since the masses and variety of data cannot be immediately requested and processed to meet the company's needs. As a result, data that can contribute significantly to successful business decisions often remains unused.
This lecture will explain this problem to you in more detail using practical applications, show the possibilities and limitations of AI and derive the advantages from it.
