Utrecht, April 5, 2023 - IG&H, leading independent consulting and technology company, announces the acquisition of Truston, an IT service provider for health insurers in the Netherlands. With this acquisition, IG&H strengthens its ICT managed services business.
With the acquisition IG&H not only secures specialists in the field of implementation, management and optimization of the back-office application Oracle Health Insurance (OHI) for health insurers but also expands its team of managed services specialists.
Given IG&H's growing software portfolio that includes IG&H AllVida for the pension sector where ICT managed services are also important, this acquisition is a valuable addition to the company.
Truston is an IT service provider and supplier of generic ICT managed services. Truston is the market leader for health insurers in the Netherlands for these services. Since its founding in 1994, the company has become the specialist in the implementation, management and optimization of OHI. Currently, OHI is the core system for 50 percent of health insurers in the Netherlands. Truston employs 55 people and continues to operate as an independent entity and name for its customers.
