This vacancy is for a Digital Marketing Manager who can strengthen our brand and marketing.

What you’ll do as our Digital Marketing Manager:
  • build the IG&H Brand. Developing strategies and tactics that boost our online presence and drive higher quality traffic.
  • run successful marketing campaigns, from idea creation to execution.
  • experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels, identifying if and how they can enhance our marketing strategy.
  • maintain our social media presence across various channels.
  • measure and report on our marketing performance.
  • as their manager, inspire our small Experience team of designers and content specialists.
What you bring
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
5-10 years’ relevant marketing experience.
broad experience and track record in building a brand, ideally with a professional services or technology company.
Ability to communicate and collaborate easily with different stakeholders, including as a manager.
Guerrilla Marketing techniques, creative thinker combined with a sharp focus on execution.
Growth mindset, highly energetic with a positive mindset and managerial style.
Fluent in English

Our four stage recruitment process

1. Review
Based on your cv and cover letter we would like to contact you for a first phone screening and/or invite you for an orientational meeting
2. First interview
In the first interview you will meet one or two IG&H colleagues. Here we will have a deeper look into your experience, qualifications and fit for the role. You will also be presented with one or more issues, to see how you would handle them.
3. Second interview
In the second interview you will meet one or two other IG&H partners.
Here we look at what makes you unique.
4. Offer
We make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role.
