What we did
Together with the client and its key contacts, we developed and (financially) substantiated several scenarios for the future landscape based on a thorough market analysis. Subsequently, we initiated a round-the-table discussion and strategic dialogue with the health insurers.
What we achieved
Several market parties have found each other. The connecting factor turned out to be the scenario we had developed. As a result, a market that used to be stuck was set into motion. In addition, the market vision and the strategic dialogue played a significant role in winning two important tenders aiming at consolidation.
